Monash Council’s Community Outreach Officer program supports Monash residents in navigating available services and resources. The program educates residents on various community resources, offers support during crisis situations, and makes referrals to connect them with the most relevant services and supports.

Services and supports may include:
• My Aged Care
• Health services
• Housing services
• Elder abuse services
• Social programs and opportunities to connect with the broader community.
